Shift Supervisor Position Summary This terrific housekeeper/houseman opportunity offers a part-time work week.
The primary role of this position is to efficiently maintain the cleanliness of our clients' luxury private residences.
The job duties require style, detail and service attributes that are key to providing a detailed, thorough and discreet service for our clients in Rancho Palos Verdes.
Candidate must provide their own transportation.
Candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in an efficient manner Cleaning residence according to standards set forth by supervisors Cleaning rooms, restrooms, corridors and stairways Sweep, scrub, wax, polish floor, dust furniture and vacuum carpet Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork along with windows, door panels and sills Empty wastebaskets, wipe down bathroom surfaces, clean/disinfect bathrooms Develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co-workers and supervisors Other duties as assigned Knowledge and Skills Multitask, organize and prioritize tasks on an hourly and daily basis Work well with others in a team environment Perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and efficiency Follow directions effectively Maintain confidentiality of client information Education and Work Experience One year minimum related experience required as a Housekeeper, Houseman or Cleaner.
Private residence cleaning and hospitality experience preferred.
