Set up, maintain and breakdown the food lines and serve scheduled meals to Hotel employees, courteously and efficiently in accordance with Hotel standards.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization and sanitation of work stations, dining areas and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
Maintain complete knowledge of:
Scheduled menus for Cafeteria.
Menu item preparation method/time, major ingredients, quality standards, taste, texture, serving temperature, portion size and presentation method.
Table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set -ups for the Cafeteria.
House count and group activities in-house.
Expected number of meals to be served.
Safety and sanitation requirements.
Proper storage procedures.

Qualifications:
Essential:
Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
Provide legible communication.
Compute basic arithmetic.

Experience, Education, & Licensure:
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
Food handling certificate.
Previous Culinary training.
Previous experience in Restaurant service.
Knowledge of food preparation and handling.
Compensation Base Pay Start Rate:
$22 / Hr.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
